Nice place. My daughter says hey Chuck E. Cheese. Crowded but friendly patrons. Some machines were not working...needs more staff?

Took my daughter here after she got out of school. We had a blast. Played quite a few games. 1 machine malfunctioned but the gentleman at the front-end quickly serviced it with no issue. Also Chuckie personally came to the gaming area to acknowledge the children and also giving extra tickets to the children around. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks Chuckie Cheese

The location is great if you go when they first open. After 12 pm its a mad house. Machines constantly breakdown & steal your electronic tokens..the ticket counter has defects and gives you less credits. The chicken is good, but speed of service needs improvement.

My niece and nephew had a great time! This place has definately upgraded. Their technology as well as the set up. I haven't been here in over 20 years. So I was impressed. Very kid friendly and less parent interaction. The staff was AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, and EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING (even to the high energetic children. None of them minded helping and was happy to help. )

This place is definitely more cleaner. On a busy day... the bathrooms is clean, less trash on the floor. There is definitely huge improvements. The only reason I didn't give a five star was because they had less personnel assisting us. There was one girl who had to pretty much everything and was still pleasant.
