Love coming here. Food is great. Customer service is amazing even when they have long lines. They all work together to get the lines down. Only down fall is they don’t have a changing table in the bathroom. I did tell the manger a few mths ago about this. And they said they would take care of it. Nothing has been done. I didn’t have a place to change my son. It was very uncomfortable having to go to my car in the cold to change him. It’s something that can get fix. Just not sure how long it will take .. Other then that everyone is very helpful and kind.
My go to spot in the morning for coffee, sweet bread, and empanadas! i am sure they offer more things on the menu, but I come here just for my morning fixings. The staff here is super polite and move very fast. I come here at least 3x times a week, and I have yet to be disappointed. Flavor + customer service. + price = a happy coming back customer! I also appreciate that they make an effort to assist you in English esp. since this is primarily a Hispanic food service.
This place is good. However, and this might sound backwards. But their "Frituras" (fried breakfast style foods or fried finger foods), are OVERLY greasy and oily. One understands that these foods aren't the healthiest, but other nearby similar Colombian style restaurants/bakeries serve the same options, and their offerings aren't as oily. I think in the case of this place their cooked entrees are better then their frituras.
Also worth mentioning. Colombian cuisine is not fancy!!! I don't mean that as a negative as I love Colombian food and I was born there ;-). A lot of the ways I'm seeing the dishes coming from Colombian restaurants lately are looking way to fancy. I understand you want your plates to look pretty. But I prefer authenticity over aesthetics...and of course I need taste!
good bread
This is the only place I will go to for my empanadas and baked goods!
