“Chef Angel has knocked flavor, ambiance and service out the park. His staff is excellent! They are very friendly and very well informed. Our food was the most explosive of flavors from a Tapas restaurant. I have eaten Tapas before but the flavor and love that comes from this kitchen is by far the most sensational. The drinks are amazing as well! We had the Valencia, Tito's club soda lime and we had their Red Sangria. We will be making this our regular local spot!”

“Here is my completely honest review: My family and I (9 of us total) were looking for a really good Brazilian Steakhouse for dinner. Most of us have never been to one, however some of us knew what to expect. After searching all day we decided on this restaurant. The reviews were very mixed, some good some bad and seemed like either a hit or miss. When we got in, they sat us very quickly with no hesitation to give us a larger table. We waiting a while to be waited on, however our waitress was very sweet and got us what we needed right away. We all did the all you can eat plus the buffet. It was a little pricey but there were a lot of options to pick from. All of the beef was cooked to perfection, perfectly pink and very nice sizes of meat per person. However, the chicken was the only thing we all agreed was not good. Very dry, and had very little flavor. Meat was a little salty, and did have a lot of fat on it but worth the money. Will definitely be going back!!”

“THE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN NORTH JERSEY!!! The food is awesome, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is truly unique. From the chandelier made from auto parts, to the flower pots with mufflers and a menu that is top notch you won't find another dining experience like it. The staff is friendly and dedicated to making your time there worth every cent. The food cannot be better. With regular Mexican fare to specials that are offered, you'll get plenty of food to enjoy. Not to mention the home made chips and salsa, which are amazing, and come out as you're seated (they're complimentary). The warm chips are great, and the salsa is amazing. I get it's just chips and salsa, but once you eat it, you'll get why the word amazing doesn't do it justice... They also offer different tequilas, which you're offered to try at the end of the meal. They have specials daily, and there are plenty to choose from. If you tweet, or post about your experience, you'll also get a free Red Cadillac tee shirt. It's a wonderful place that I've eaten at, and made sure to bring friends to because of how great an experience it offers. It's one of Jerseys hidden gems, and you will certainly return once you've tried it. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how great a place it is. Go, eat, and enjoy.”
