My girlfriend introduced me to Thai and they have the best by far. Never once had an issue. Price, atmosphere, service, and food quality are always top tier. Highly recommend.
Sit down table service.
Yes. More please.
Knowledgeable and accommodating service.
Menu is varied and different than your usual Thai place (plus the usuals you might be longing for).
My curry soup, crispy and soft noodles with chicken on the bone, plus cold pickled greens was top-notch. Bright and rich, hot plus cold, crispy and soft. Spicy and a little sweet. This was a bowl of heaven.
One companion had a vegetable stir-fry with rice (not pictured). It reminded me of a Chinese stir fry, but instead was everything you could hope for - fresh, flavorful veggies in an enchanting sauce.
My other companion ordered a traditional curry, level 5 spice. It was not as ridiculously hot as you might expect, but had a wonderful peppery flavor.
My only complaint - I ordered steamed veggie dumplings. Maybe these are a different kind of dumpling than I am used to, but they were pasty and hard to pick up. Stil, excellent, big flavor.
Can't wait to come back.
Wonderful creative Thai dishes in an elegant space! Menu includes Thai standards like noodle dishes and various curries, but also innovative special entrees created by the chef that go beyond the ordinary. Interior is cozy and romantic, and outside dining is available in warm months on a front patio surrounded by petunias. Staff is friendly and attentive. Always a great dining experience! And it's a BYOB, another plus.
Between the service, atmosphere, and food this is a little gem of a restaurant in the Hillcrest strip mall. Definitely a favorite place in town to visit, one of the best. Been there three times and had gotten different curries with tofu, all which were fantastic and a generous portion. The coconut sticky rice is sweet, but very tasty. The spring rolls are good. My boyfriend loves their pineapple fried rice and chicken. Decent price for fantastic food and always friendly helpful waitstaff. The other plus about this place is how you can customize the spiciness of your food (including chillies on the side) and it is very vegan/vegetarian friendly. As someone who doesn't eat meat and cannot have dairy, I highly recommend this restaurant.
