    This mainly a take out location but has seating and is a pleasant clean location. The food is fantastic. The best restaurant red chili I've eaten. The sauce is perfect. Great texture, right amount of heat and spices with uniform pieces of pork that are very lean. The green chili is equally as good, ditto the salsa, and queso. They have great breakfast options. Lunch and dinner. Parole, and menudo are very good. Hand maid tortillas are home style, a slight bit thick for me but very good and can be bought in bulk. Have not had a sub par meal in 27 years. Chips are also very good and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

    Great food! Even in busy times, they still try to keep it together. We need more of these places than fast food restaurants! This is agreat New Mexico food diner that I will always come to!
