Grandma's K & I Diner

Haven't been here for years, ( used to go for lunch with a group from work, now retired) . The food was great, fast and friendly. The prices are great ???? what more can you ask ???????. We had a green chili cheese burger and beef enchiladas and cobbler. Sooo good ????!!!

Awesome portion sizes. Awesome staff. I really enjoyed this restaurant. The ambiance is relaxing and calm - like the restaurants used to be before they were commercialized. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Just ate here for the first time after asking Google to show restaurants near me and this was the closest. I'd never heard of this place, but WOW! This place is amazing. It's the best meal I've had in a long time. We had the chicken fried chicken and the breakfast burrito. Both were fantastic. The burrito was one of the best I've had. On the other plate it was all good but the mashed potatoes were divine and I don't normally care that much for mashed potatoes. We saved room to try a brownie, and they have to be made from scratch, because they were so gooey with lots of chocolate flavor.

Our server was just the sweetest lady. We got there 30 minutes before closing but she insisted we stay and take out time since they had to clean. She really made us feel welcomed.

The place is very relaxed and rustic. We loved this place. The best for we've had in a long time.

I got stuck in traffic one morning and was only able to come northbound on Broadway when I saw Grandma's Diner and decided to stop in and give it a try! The service was great and the food was outstanding! I just ordered the basic breakfast and had no complaints! I will be going back!

I haven't been here in a few years. I believe this restaurant is under new management. Also my favorite waitress/server is back again. That would be Lydia! She's the best! I ordered my favorite breakfast. Grandma's biscuits! Their is a noticeable difference . The restaurant has been updated in some areas since the last time I was here. I do miss the relics and other items that were on display. I'll be back soon!
