Love it! Quick, fresh and always tastes awesome!
My family usually gets the shrimp egg foo young, egg rolls, and orange chicken.

My family’s absolute favorite Chinese restaurant and honestly probably the best in Albuquerque or even New Mexico! They are always so nice and efficient during the ordering process, in person or over the phone. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection and they have something on their menu for EVERYONE! They closed for a couple weeks it seemed to get ready for quarantine protocol and my husband and I were so excited to see that “OPEN” sign again! We had to stop in and grab a snack, even at 8:30pm! Happy Garden truly delivers on it’s name, this is the place that’s food always makes me the happiest! Coming from a person who never enjoyed Asian cuisine before trying this place, I recommend! The place and the people deserve 100 stars!! Not just 5 :)

The staff was very friendly, even as I arrived 45min before they closed, being drawn as I was from the patio next door by all of the amazing noodle, sauce, shrimp smells. The selection of dishes on the menu is more than just expansive, there's guaranteed to be something for every individual taste. After deciding what to order, which definitely took a moment it all sounded so good, they had my food out very efficiently. The atmosphere was wonderful, the dishes were very satisfying. I will be going back!

Moved to Albuquerque late last year. So, not familiar with Chinese restaurants, other than the buffets. Went in 2/23/2018, late afternoon, decided on; shrimp and broccoli with fried rice, eggs rolls, small egg drop soup and small soda.
Pros: Dined in, food was delivered to my table. The food was hot, tasty, the soup was just right, not overbearing with chicken flavor or salt. Egg rolls were hot and fresh, plus yummy.
Cons:. Hard to understand cashier, the bathroom lights were going out, handicap stall was out of order, store entrance doors are narrow, might be difficult for wheelchair to enter restaurant.
