Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered from DoorDash and the DoorDash bugged out so I was trying to cancel but one of the employees called me offering to bring me my order. Strongly recommend this place! First time trying it as well and it was bomb!

Jersey Mike's was good. Staff was friendly and fun. The Rueben sub was great. The Philly cheese steak sub tasted great. The tables needed washed down. The soda dispenser needed filled.

Always a good quick meal from these guys and willing to change stuff without tons of extra charges for dietary restrictions. Always really friendly and very clean. Not sure what to get? Ask the folks that work here and they'll ask you a couple questions and Lead You Down the right path for the day.

Sandwich was good. They ran out of bread which it was the dinner hour so I guess I understand. When I walked in to pick up my online order, I was informed of this and it would be an 8-13 minute wait. I figured nice warm fresh bread, I can wait. I'm good.

My order is ready. I pick it up and i leave. Was given a couple of free sub cards for the inconvenience and was given an apology for the wait. I'm thinking this is cool.

Get back to work to eat and bread is hard. Also, i ordered the Rosemary Parmesan which is the bread I'm waiting for and i didn't get it. What? An almost 15 minute wait for old bread and then not even the bread I was waiting for.

Even with free sub cards, I probably won't be back. If as a paying Customer I didn't get what I wanted, I'm a bit scared of what I'll get for something free. I just don't know. The service was good, it's the only reason I gave the review 3 stars.

Jersey Mike’s makes some good sandwiches that are worth stopping for. They are a little pricey for what you get. The last time that we ate here the steak on our hot sandwich was way too chewy and dry. Not sure if they are getting substandard beef lately.

The employees here could also have been a bit more welcoming. The guest that arrived after us stood at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone behind the counter (all in the back). He finally had to walk behind the counter into the back employees only area and ask someone to help him. Definitely not a win.
