Chicken has his own flavor it has a kick into it You can taste the chiles it helps with the chicken being neutral with the flavor. Al pastor very authentic not overwhelming but it has that flavor that you looking for when you looking for Al pastor. Carne asada has the authentic flavor It's a little unique because of the spices in it but it's nice it doesn't get away from being carne asada what you seeing are sopes very authentic and you can actually use them as a tortilla as well. But if you really want to look for something specific like birria Nana is your place it has a good body it has enough of the oils of the meats and it gives you the worn feeling did you look for in a broth
