    Wow! This was the best BBQ I've had and then with a New Mexican twist. AMAZING. The meats were not only smoked to perfection but put together in a way that will blow your mind. I will be seeking out this truck for my BBQ fix from now on!

    BBQ New Mexican food is a genius idea and this truck does it right. The red chile chips are now my favorite chips. We loved the brisket and carne adovada. The frito pie is a gourmet version of the classic and might be my favorite thing on the menu so far. Can't wait to try the rest
