Nexus Blue Smokehouse

Now this place was incredible. It's small so we had to wait awhile for a table but it was well worth the wait. The food was amazing and OUTSTANDING. But the part that stood out to me was opon leaving I witnessed one of the staff sanitizing the menus. That for me tells me that they PRIDE themselves on cleanliness first and foremost. The staff were all incredible also. I live in California but will make sure that I make it back to Albuquerque and revisit Nexas for sure.

The flavorful BBQ was excellent. The smoke on the brisket and the well seasoned sausage links were wonderful. The BBQ sauces were unique and a nice surprise. The service was terrific and the place was very clean and comfortable. Finally, the 4 flight beer sampler was perfect. Each beer was excellent and as described! I would highly recommend.

This is the best BBQ in Albuquerque. Great portions, flavors and price was decent. Any time I get a bbq craving I'm going here. The sides also were phenomenal from the potato salad, mac and cheese and ofcourse the down south collard greens I cant wait to be hungry again so I can go back... oh and let's definitely not forget the BISCUITS BREAD PUDDING! ????????????????????????????

I had the chicken and waffle. The portions were great! My side dishes were collard greens and mac and cheese. They were both very good! I'll be back soon to try dome other selections. The place is immaculate and the bathrooms are very clean. I always check the bathrooms! As a parent, it's a must! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

We came in around 0810PM (less than an hour before closing), there was less than 3 sets of customers including us, yet the meat was tender and very juicy! Their servings are generous and prices are reasonable. The beans are amazing! Smoky and savory. So good. We got the brisket tacos, brisket, and half a rack of pork ribs. We will definitely come back!!
