P.F. Chang's

For Mother’s Day 5/10/20 we ordered curbside pick up. We placed our order online through PF Chang’s website. Place order about 11:30am to be picked up at 4:00pm. Arrived at 3:55pm.

The phone number to call when we arrived rang busy so my boyfriend went inside. At 6:15pm my boyfriend came outside to tell me that they still do not have our Mother’s Day dinner ready. So I went inside to cancel. I waited another 15 minutes and then received our order.

Got no apology no nothing just here you go....Seriously...I understand being busy, I understand getting overwhelmed and in this new covid world we live in.... but not even a thank you or an apology. I tipped 20% spending over $150 to wait for 2 1/2 hours to not get a thank you or apology.

Three stars instead of 1 because I still like PF Chang’s and understand- should have been some accountability in this situation.

Took my girlfriend there for her first time and wasn't disappointed. Food was prepared perfectly. Our server knew her menu and gave us great recommendations. Will now be a staple in our date night rotation.

P.F. Chang's was a pleasant experience. It was busy when we showed up, but we called and put our name down and it really expedited the process. I had the honey chicken and I requested that they make it extra crispy. It was very good! I had the pork egg rolls and they were good, but they weren't super warm. Our server was great!. The portions were large enough to share and the cocktails were delicious.
