Pho Ginger

More people need to know about Pho Ginger!!!

I love coming to this restaurant! It's one of our favorite Vietnamese spots. We usually get #9 Pho Ginger, #23 Combination Rice Noodle Bowl, #27 Stir Fried Egg Noodles, #35 Shaken Beef, #38 Three Item Rice Dish, #67 Handmade Fried Banana w/ Ice Cream and/or #68 Mango Sticky Rice. We try different dishes every time, and they're all so good and flavorful. This time, we got stir-fried noodles and shaken beef.

Service is fantastic and the ladies are so nice! Price is very affordable and has big portions. Do yourself a favor and check it out already!!!

Ordered the #9 ginger pho and it was delicious! I loved the cuts of meat and the amount of ginger was subtle but flavorful. The server was extremely friendly as well. Can’t wait to come back to try more dishes :)

The pho here is SO good. We got the spicy beef noodle soup and the pho ginger. Both were very flavorful. The spicy was not super spicy. The lady who greeted us and waited on us was so friendly. The restaurant was clean, they use paper over top of the tablecloths and I thought that was a great way to keep things clean (we were splashing all over the place lol). Overall a great spot.

So we tried the family-style options at Pho Ginger and it was pretty darn good! It’s hard to find great family-style Vietnamese food options in Albuquerque but Pho Hinger certainly hit the mark. Service was great and they constantly had our water filled. Well definitely be back.

Great little Vietnamese restaurant! Such a great selection of food to choose from and service was excellent. Can't beat the price and the portion size is large so you can enjoy more at home or the next day. Top of my list for NE area.
