    So yummy! Hot and fresh! Super friendly! Always making my night being open late!

    The tripe tacos were bombay with a good amount of crisp and flavor (my favorite and highlight from the food truck). Super crispy on the outside and a bit of tenderness on the inside. The tongue tacos was super tender as well. Definitely worth a try if you're a fan of tripe and tongue tacos.
