Starbucks

This is my #1 Starbucks! I love the partners at this location and my drink is ALWAYS spot on! Today I was surprised with a free sample for a new drink from Katherine who was super sweet, and there were super cute little kitty drawings on the cups which I just thought was such a cute extra gesture to bring some positivity to my day. Love this team, love this store! ^^

Pikes Market Roast tasted like it had been made hours earlier. No bathroom amenities for changing a babies diaper. Total disappointment in coffee. Guess quality goes out the window at the Washington State border.

It’s my finals week and needed something to wake me up. Once I pulled into the drive thru, MJ was wonderful at recommending me a vanilla cold brew and made sure I got what I needed to get me through the day. Once I pulled to the window, I asked her to sell me a gift card and surprise me with whatever design she liked and not only did she surprise me, she brought every single design available to show me and not just pick one out of the bunch! I forgot to take my receipt from her but I hope this reaches the store managers and make sure she knows she is very appreciated !

I’ve gone twice since they reopened and the quality of the drinks were good, but definitely need to have more time. Went inside once and they guy in front of me had his order (regular coffee) come out after mine. Took quite awhile for both of us. Today it took 13 minutes to go through the drive through, from point of order to when I got the drink… late for my meeting.
