Starbucks

I ordered my favorite drink through the app to be picked up. I need decafe coffee because I am pregnant. After arriving for my order, staff let me know they don't have any decafe. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have decafe instock ☹️

I'm bummed out today because I normally come get an oatmilk shaken iced espresso but online said they were out which happens a lot. So I tried something new today which was the almond milk honey latte and it was not my fav. It tasted watered down which is hard for something having 3 shots of espresso so I asked if I could get something different because I didn't like it and I was told I could buy something different. Maybe it's dumb but I figure if I buy everyday and I try something new because you don't have what I always get and I don't lie it that you might try to offer me something different without extra charge. Maybe I'm expecting too much but I'm not happy with the morning managers choice today. My scone was delicious as always and my egg bites were very good that was something new today too. Thank you they were warm and tasty and I'll buy again.
