    Miranda was very helpful. She gave my mom and I a little sample of macha latte after we expressed interest. She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Will remember this particular starbucks as we pass through again. 06/22/2023 11 AM.

    This location is the only location that I will give me business to because of the smiles, top notch customer service, hospitality and attention to detail from Josue, Daniel,Miranda, Gus, Faith, Natalie and Summer. Josue makes me feel like family by calling me by name and remembering specific details about my life and occupation. Well done Unser and Ladera Starbucks. Keep up the great work!☕️❤️🫶🏽🤘🏽👏🏾

    I like this Starbucks because it's easy to stop at if you are on your way to I-40 from the north. The coffee is always hot which I like. The baristas are very friendly and ask how you are and how your day is going. They make it a great experience with their friendliness and smiles. The inside is clean and has a good amount of seating if you want to just chill out.
