    Food is great, but it always takes a long time to get it.

    Me and a friend went here yesterday for lunch, for the time spent waiting we thought everything was being made fresh, WRONG! We got food that had been on a warmer for I don't know how long, and tasted old. The #4 and #13 we got were just ok, but not good enough to warrant coming back. I'll give the other locations a try before I write them off.
