This location has been hit and miss. The server's are great, and the tables are always clean, refills without asking. The food quality is where it becomes lackluster. On this particular occasion, being our anniversary, my husband and I decided on a Thursday evening outing. We both order prime rib, medium rare. Both steaks came out medium well...I was starving and went ahead and ate my meal, my husband sent his back, and when it was returned..he got an even more well done steak. The manager came over the second time and waited for him to cut into it, but as soon as he did she acted like there was nothing wrong with it and pretended to be surprised and then was irritated that we weren't just going to be like oh no big deal. The food is not cheap, and so if we are paying $20 for s steak, it better be made to the standards we asked for. At this point we decided to leave. The general manager came over and gave us a coupon for next time, which hardly covered the cost of his steak. Better than nothing, but it bothered me that his comment was well people aren't perfect. Sure buddy...tell that to your kitchen staff that don't care obviously about the food quality being sent out.

First time visiting here, and regretting not coming sooner. Great environment, everyone was friendly, happy and the place felt fun. Not stuffy or pretentious, just a great place to enjoy a delicious steak with the family. My server was super friendly, accommodating, attentive, and personable. Work environment seems good as the place was well run, staff seemed happy, and the meal went seamless. Three of us got Ribeyes, and we even got to pick the one we wanted, way cool! I got the bone-in, and all with mushrooms. Steaks were perfect and the toppings were generous, that's how a steak should be topped!! It was my mother's birthday as well as mine, and she asked for a steak. I just wanted a very good meal with her, and I was very pleased that I went to Texas Roadhouse for this meal. I'll be back!

Pretty much the best steak you can get for under $20. Great drinks and delicious appetizers. The negatives are it's always so noisy and there is rarely less than a 15 minute wait.

As always great! Our waitress was awesome - her name is Sky and what a beautiful individual. Thank you for hiring a young veteran.

Excellent experience from the beginning. We got there Sunday for lunch, there way was a wait because the place was really busy, the host was polite told us it would be about 15 minutes wait before we can be seated. The waiting area was cool they Had literally a huge drum with peanuts to snack on while you wait. When we got seated which was less than 15 minutes by the way. Our waitress "Alisha" was awesome, she asked us what we wanted to drink and brought our drinks & some bread rolls which were delicious. We ordered our meals everything was right and AMAZINGLY delicious.
