    Probably one of the best restaurants in Albuquerque. If you're not eating here your quality of life is noticeably lacking in general excitement and/or fullness.

    The blue corn waffle, beans, papas with eggs over medium and Christmas on top was amazing!! Very satisfying breakfast. Coffee blend really hit the spot. Really glad I stopped by

    This is one of the best spots in Albuquerque to find New Mexico's uniquely delicious style of food; a blend of traditional Mexican food mixed with local native food styles. In New Mexico we are known for our green and red chili's above all else and the chili at Tia Betty Blue's is always excellent. They even offer vegetarian chili's as well as the more traditional pork or chicken broth based chili's. For breakfast or lunch nothing beats Tia Betty Blue's in terms of New Mexican food!

    I had the breakfast burrito with Chile on the side and a iced coffee. It was a delicious meal. We ate upstairs and it was a comfortable environment to catch up with an old friend.

    Terrific little breakfast cafe! Nice patio seating. Portions were huge and the prices were cheap. Staff was friendly and gave helpful recommendations about what was actually the best on the menu (not just what was the most "popular"). We will be back.
