Tomato Cafe

The food is always good and a great value. The place is clean and the service is great. This is one of our family favorites.

Tomato Cafe was awesome! I love that place!

They are in a new location, about four blocks from the previous restaurant. And the new restaurant has the look and feel of their original place on Academy. If you haven't been lately, you need to go. The food is delicious, the people are great. I believe the new was probably the previous manager. I've seen him there for years. So, there's a lot of continuity there.

If I could say only one thing about my experience, it would be that they seem to have returned to their roots. The restaurant layout is very close to the original layout, the menu is the same, and the food is still just as delicious as it was 20 years ago.

Very standard Italian buffet fare. Pizza, pasta, two soups, simple salad bar, and a soft serve machine.
Attentive service and a clean restaurant.
Come here if you want to eat the food your inner 6 year old craves. Go elsewhere if you want something more complex.

The food is just as great as I remember it. Looking forward to many dinners here.
