Best tuna melt in town and the array of different salads make this place one of my favorites to eat at when I want a meal that doesn't make me feel guilty afterwards. In fact, I feel like a million bucks after eating here. Props also to the owner for sticking up for her restaurant and others in the face of businesses that want to greedily profit off of a global pandemic.

Stoped by Vinaigrette on Monday in an effort to eat something that was a little more on the healthy side. Though it took the restaurant staff somewhat too long to notice me standing by the front door waiting to be seated. My overall visit to Vinaigrette was nonetheless a pleasant one. This was partly due to the outdoor patio area where I was seated. It came as a surprise to me that the restaurant even had one as you cannot see it from Central when passing by. It's closed off, shaded, and above all, tranquil.
For my meal, I ordered the tuna sandwich with a side Caesar salad. The wait wasn't too long and when my meal arrived I was happy with the presentation. Some people might complain that Vinaigrette doesn't offer decent sized portions for the money you pay. However, I would argue, that considering the higher standard that is offered. The restaurant is just in charging and offering what they do.
My sandwich may have been on the smaller side, but it hit the spot and was delicious all the way through. The bread was toasted perfectly and the tuna was not too dry nor too moist. The Cesar salad was also a nice touch. Fresh, crispy, and lathered in just the right amount of dressing.
While I don't frequent this place all too often, it's certainly nice to know that there is a healthier and quality food alternative in the downtown Albuquerque area.

I absolutely love this spot! So cute and bright inside. Excellent fresh food. I've liked everything I've ordered here. I love their salads, sammies and house made shrubs.
