I had lunch today there and it was really good I forgot to get my tenders extra wet but still enjoyed them, Elie took my order good customer service. I'll be coming again

The service at this location is excellent, we ordered online and it said 16-21 minute wait but it was faster than that! It was kept clean and Leb (I think that was our “flavor expert”’s name) he was very professional. He verified the contents of our order and contents in our bag on our receipt so we weren’t missing anything before we left. This is one of the most professional and positive wingstop’s I have been to in Albuquerque in a long time! The employees were happy to help and positive! We will be back!

Chicken was small and dry. So hard I could not even bite into it. Very disappointed. Only reason they got two stars was because the manager Sherri made it right and offered to replace them. Sadly, I was on my way to work so I could not go back. Will update when I go back. Spent $15 on food that went straight to the trash. Gross! 🤢

Update: After 5 weeks, I finally went back. Food was super good, chicken was cooked perfectly and much bigger portions. Ordered the exact same thing to show a comparison! Cheri was there and was very polite, excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend.

Elie made sure I had all my food before I left. This wingstop is probably one of the best ones I've been to in Albuquerque. Plus, they're open late. That's always a plus.
