I came here with my close friends for the Harry Potter themed night, and it was magical. The teas were amazing. Sorry for the belated post of photos.

Now during the pandemic, I pick up their “Tea of the Week” to brew at home once a week.

The handmade, extremely creative three course menu paired with three unique blends of tea was such a delightful experience! A perfect balance is striked between brightly cheerful and cozy as the ambiance welcomes you when you first enter. After the first two courses, you can press the call button and you're greeted with a little bit of the Four Seasons when they bring out their piece de resistance - dessert in jewelry boxes!

Had my birthday party at the Ivy and overall it was a fair experience. I was very excited to go visit! The teas were really great! I love tea of all kinds and I really enjoyed how knowledgeable the owner was. They were all served in a generous pot and were crafted very well. The food was decent and very diverse so everyone in the group can find something to enjoy. We were placed in a small room so we didn't really see much Christmas decorations or the other guests but every room was unique and it was very nicely decorated. Unfortunately there were a few things that could've been avoided.. Mainly the big one is that they totally dropped the ball on my allergy to ginger.. Even though I had followed the suggestion of requesting a substitution at least 24 houes prior and after getting a message confirming they would substitute it for something else (for one person) no problem they didn't actually do that and served 4 gingerbread anyway. We had to tell them about it, they said they had a note in their system so I don't know how that could've happened. I do try to be understanding of running a business but dropping the ball on a food allergy after confirming a change isn't okay. They did remedy it and sent an extra dessert that was delicious but the fact that that happened was disappointing. Also I think we upset the owner by opening a curtain just because the room we were in was kind of bare and very very small, we were offered other seating though so she was accommodating. In the future it's probably best to specify what room you'd like to avoid being uncomfortable. Overall it was an okay experience, I would be interested to attend their themed tea parties.

Went last month and again this month. Absolutely charming and wonderful! I love that the food menu changes each month so there's always something new to experience! Everything offered is delicious and well thought out. The tea itself is worth the visit! Many exciting blends to choose from and the staff is extremely knowledgeable of all that is offered. Highly, highly recommend this lovely tea room!
