“Barbecue chicken with onions on a thin crust is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! Nobody else in town can make this pizza as good as Pizza 9. Dion's does come close, though. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the " happy hour" special is for EATING IN THE RESTAURANT only. It doesn't apply to carry out or delivery. I hope this rule would change at some point. However, their pizzas are made very well (fresh and tasty) with great presentation. Customer service is always professional, too.”

Only have a few concerns thus the 3 stars ... 1) the restaurant seating area was a little too cool to be comfortable and it caused the food to cool faster than you can eat it. 2) the ice cream area was messy... deterred me from wanting ice cream. All I could think was how many dirty, sticky, little hands have touched this... 3) the 2 locations I've been to here in Albuquerque are unlike ones in Colorado I'm use to. I enjoy getting my tray, giving my meat order, self selecting my sides, etc. as I go down the line. Nice to be able to see and self serve your own side dishes. Wish there were Dickeys restaurants like that here. The Colorado locations have better decor as well. However, I will still continue to visit and enjoy the food. Just wish it was better...”

“I am a repeat customer with this location. I have ordered many times previously, and had always received great service. Tonight I placed an order as I had before, with the convenience of repeating my prior pizza order, and the same delivery address and instructions. After waiting beyond the given time for the delivery, I called to ask the status of my order. I was told there had been a mistake, that the order was being remade, and it would be delivered asap. I was then told the order would be complimentary. The employee on the phone apologized, as did the manager in another conversation that followed. The pizza was delivered promptly, and the driver again apologized. This was an exemplary response and great customer service in my opinion. The quality of the pizza was wonderful as always. “It's carryout or delivery at this spot. I had the carryout of a 2 topping large pizza that I upgraded to stuffed crust. The pizza was piping hot and full of the pepperoni and mushrooms I ordered. Whole thing took less than 13 minutes from on-line order to pick-up. The staff were busy and handled the order with a positive attitude and service. I'll use this location every time I'm in this part of town.”
