The Bakery & Cafe @ Angel Fire

Meet a friend here for breakfast at 8:30. Sitting was sit available and we were promptly waited on, but think our order got lost. Waited a very long time and finally had to ask about our order. Once we questioned about the order, we received it promptly. Food was good. Lots of bakery options, as well as a full menu. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Excellent breakfast although you have to go before 11am to get hash brown potatoes. The diced ones are just as good. I had the huevos rancheros with a side of sausage, they were awesome. This place is a must! Great service from a great staff. The place is clean and comfortable.

The food was great. I had biscuits and gravy. The people were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast burrito was tasty, but the tortilla really fell apart. Tasty nonetheless.

I’ve had smothered burritos of this size many times, so I know a better tortilla is possible.

Green chili > Red chili here (tried both as you can see).

Paid about $18 for my meal alone—pretty pricey. For that price, I’d maybe expect hash browns, toast, or something to pair with my burrito.

Altogether, a cozy atmosphere and would return to try something else.
