Quick breakfast from the drive through! Sausage and egg burrito with beans, cheese and potatoes was good and the chilaquiles with eggs was good too. We didn’t eat inside so can’t speak to the atmosphere but the staff was super friendly and food was quick. Will be back to try their tacos for lunch/dinner.
Ordered on door dash. Food arrived exactly the way we ordered it, fresh, warm, and flavorful. My only complaint is the beans and salad portion was small compared to other restaurants I’ve tried. The cake was really good but I had to take some of the whipped topping off cause it was a little too much for me. I look forward to ordering here again.
The service was great, the atmosphere was ok too quiet and the food this time around was ok. I ordered the menudo, and the taste was good a bit more spicy than entisapaded. Well made, and the corn tortillas were perfect. My wife's plate had tacos enchilada and a relleno, and the breading on the relleno was a bit raw towards the center. The rice had no taste at all, and there was lots of it. Overall, it was ok. Last time we came, it was better when I had the carne guisada plate and my wife had the three crispy tacos it was better. The guacamole was great with the chips and salsa.
This is the best Mexican I’ve had in town so far. The food is so authentic and they have every Mexican dish you can think of. They have a drive through as well but I would recommend eating in. The place may look rough on the outside but that’s how you know you’re getting some real, good Mexican food. Reminds me of home. Also the chips and salsa are definitely A tier. Very good. Underrated spot.
This quaint and humble looking restaurant on the corner of 5th and Main has recently been my favorite "go to" Mexican restaurant. Probably the best chips and salsa in town and barbacoa mini tacos (complete with charo beans, rice, and fried jalapeño). The tamales are also amazing as well as the chile colorado.
Ask for the plain cheese cake too with a wedge of lime or lemon.
