Best Mexican food around. Absolutely love the food and the atmosphere. The pricing is unbeatable and so is their service. This is one of mine and my husbands favorite places to visit and we’ve already recommended it to so many others!

The joy that filled my heart to see Guadalajara reopening is hard to express. I have such wonderful memories of the old Guadalajara, when I was a kid. I would beg to go there every time I visited Clovis.
We were in Clovis for three days this week and I went to Guadalajara for a meal EVERYDAY!! The staff was warm and welcoming and the food was just like I remembered. Delicious homemade salsa and unlimited chips. Ground beef enchiladas with red sauce are my favorite. The guacamole is fresh and without extenders (onions, tomatoes, sour cream, etc). And then there is the grand finale...sopapillas with honey. So yummy! So perfectly hot and fluffy.
Sounds like this test kitchen is just a warm up for a great restaurant next to Big Lots...coming soon! Can't wait to check it out next time I am in town.

Great place. The young man who waited on us was very polite and great service. The food was very good and full of flavor. Cheaper than the other big food chains and better food here at Guadalajara's. We will be back for sure!!!! Pray the food is as good next time we go...
