Blake's Lotaburger

Is a New Mexico based company that has has great hamburgers served with a smile. You will be hard pressed to find a better fast sit down burger in New Mexico. Only down side is that they do not have a drive-thru and sometimes you just do not want to get out of the car to get something to eat.

We stopped in here for a late night snack after a big Mexican meal one day last August. We weren't expecting much, but we thought we'd give the green chile cheeseburger a try. The decor is standard fast food, but clean. The workers were efficient and friendly enough.

The cook prepared the most perfect looking and tasting burger I can remember. I don't take pictures of my food, but these could have been in a TV ad. They were perfect and we stopped at every Lotaburger we could afterward. They were good, but this one was great.

Delicious burger, especially with the green chilis. The seasoned fries were good, just wish they were a thicker cut. Would absolutely eat there again.

The Lotaburger with green chile is a MUST try for any first time guests. The patty is well seasoned, and juicy as well. The green chile add that much flavor, and a bit of a kick to it as well. Oh, and try adding bacon to it too, you won't regret it! And the employees here are very friendly as well. It's definitely my go to place when I'm in New Mexico.

Heavenly. Best green chile cheeseburgers around! Not as hot as I remember, but tasty! Peach smoothie was good, too!
