Chipotle Mexican Grill

UPDATE: This Chipotle refunded me. I had accidentally ordered via the app to the wrong Chipotle and was initially refused a refund. After complaining to headquarters, a refund was issued and they gave me a free burrito. Good on this Chipotle.

Awesome and understanding staff. One day my food had fallen from it's bag and I explained what happened to them. Not only did I get my food remade but they went above and beyond. I've never had any problems with this establishment but I hands down appreciate the service and timely manner my food is served. 100% recommend.

Restaurant was clean and employees were pleasant. The food was average in taste and rather expensive for what you get. I wasn't impressed.

Used to visit Chipotle three or four times a month. After a year or so, the staff's attitude deteriorated. The good quality, quantity and consistency of the food suffered. Then I moved to a rural area for a few years. Found a Chipotle in Las Cruces and completely enjoyed a delicious meal! I'll start going back when I have the opportunity.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIFIC HERE! I wasn’t not enjoying my first burrito and brought it to the attention of the employees behind the counter. I wanted my rice changed out so the gentleman made me try a sample of the new batch of rice before he re made me a new burrito. Nobody behind the counter had any complaints or showed any type of negative energy because I was a customer with an issue. They re-made my burrito and apologized for it not being to my liking the first time! I would definitely come back here.
