The mexa burger is awesome! I’ve gone dozens of times and I never leave unsatisfied. Also try the red burrito banado, I always leave wanting another one.

Didn't know what to expect with this place since we are from out of town and don't know the area. From the outside it was a bit off putting but we went in any way because of the good reviews.

Glad we went in. Really good food, very polite and attentive staff, and decent portion sizes. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get some good food! I had the green Chile burger and it was delish

Very good burger joint. Dont let the slightly rundown feeling fool you. El Jacalito produces some of the best burgers in town. The green chili is hot and delicious. Have yet to have a burrito, but I cant wait to try.

I have been to El Jacalito twice and had the different types of burgers. The first time the food was ok but a bit burnt that over powered the taste of the burger. I wanted to give this place a second try and was happy with how the food turned out. The burger was not burnt and had great taste. The employees/owner was supper nice, the building was a bit small but kept clean. If near by i would stop and give it a try.

Love this place! Came in hungry and left HAPPY. Had the mexa burger which was delicious ????. Wife had the Chile rellano burger which was also delicious! Can't wait to return to try something else off the menu. Not to mention the amount of food for the price was definitely an added bonus. Great job guys ????????
