Green Chile Bagel Company.

Bagels are a five out of five. But getting them is . . . Close to impossible. I showed up shortly after opening today to find that now they no longer make bagels on Tuesdays . . ? This was after an online pickup order I tried to make the other day was arbitrarily canceled with no explanation. Like most people, I don't have time for this nonsense. After finding good bagels after over a decade of donut shaped buns this is like finding out the shop then closed permanently the next day.

These are incredible! It's hard to get bagels this good on Long Island nowadays because many shops stopped boiling them. This shop makes them how they should be made. Generous amounts of cream cheese on the bagel too. I'll be back for sure!

Long story short, this is the best bagel I’ve had in Las Cruces and El Paso. I’m shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews or foot traffic.

We called in to order takeout since we weren’t sure if this place had counter service or seating. Both during the phone call and during pick up staff were pleasant and receptive.

The breakfast sandwiches we got were fantastic. Bagels had great flavor and the right amount of chew for an authentic “New York style” bagel.

Whether you’re ordering takeout or delivery via Grubhub. This place is a must try. I will definitely be back!
