Outback Steakhouse

The food was great, although I was disappointed to see some of my favorite dishes removed from the menu do to quarantine. One of the steaks that my party ordered was very overcooked, but once we informed our waitress of the mistake, they promptly brought out a new one cooked to perfection. Overall, I was very impressed by the service and quality.

We visited on Valentine's day at lunch time and it was not crowded. We were seated immediately. Our server was top notch. We split a full rack of ribs and she made sure we had the second plate and 2 wipes for cleaning up. The blooming onion was great and the salad was fresh. The ribs were some perfectly. We had soft drinks and as soon as they were low she asked if we wanted another. The rest of the staff was equally friendly.

I stopped here while travelling for work and the hostess was really nice and sat me down very quickly. My waitress was nice also and took my drink order promptly even offering suggestions (Huckleberry Hooch Moonshine) I believe was the name, to which I took and was not disappointed. I ordered up an order of Prime rib medium rare with a lobster tail and a sweet potato. When my order arrived the prime rib was well done and I was disappointed. My waitress informed the manager who quickly offered to replace. I thanked him and he went to the kitchen to request. He came out a few minutes later and apologized but they no longer had medium rare. He offered me options so I chose the Ribeye. Although I did not get what I originally wanted I was very appreciative that he made a lot of effort. He did everything he could for me and for this I will be back on my next visit and I recommend eating here for anyone in the area.

Great customer service ? Joe and Paula are very nice. Issac is very inviting and a "chill homie" kinda dude ?. Also a must get is the Prime Rib and get it Rare to Medium-Rare because it is just BEAUTIFUL!!! It melts in your mouth and the Garlic Butter goes perfectly with the steak. Definitely would recommend.

As always this place is amazing. Our server was top notch! I've seen him there before but never had him as our waiter. He was on top of everything. Running low on your drink? No worries the refill was already there! He helped us with our questions about some other things as well and the manager come out to explain what the waiter and we didn't know! Everyone here is always so opening and smiling like they truly love their job. Its the servers and hostess that make this place . Don't let me forget the awesome jobs the cooks do! Always have the meals out as soon as they can and always looking delicious. My date nights are usually here when we go out! Can't wait to go back!
