Ricardo's Taco Shop

I travel through the Las Cruces area for work every few months and always make sure I have time to stop here. Super friendly staff, quick service, and the food is incredible (and a good price!)! #8 rolled tacos with carne cheese and avocado is the best!!

I wish I had known about this place sooner every time I went to work. This is a perfect place to stop for lunch and I always enjoy the service. The first time I came I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for recommendations and a tripas tacos were delectable! Then, I tried the cabeza tacos and those were amazing! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend, this is now my before work lunch spot!

Ordered the Wet Beef Burrito, ate dine-in, burrito was served on a Styrofoam partioned plate with plastic knife and fork. Burrito seemed to have been microwaved to melt cheese as the Tortilla was very rubbery and chewy, which made cutting it on the wonky plate with plastic utensils almost impossible. As far as taste, was not great but not bad, sauce was a 4/5 meat was 3/5, tortilla was 1/5.

This is my favorite Mexican food place in all of Cruces. Their food is so good. I'm from Lincoln heights, east Los Angeles and this place is comparable to the yummy mom and pop Mexican places I miss back in LA. I recommend their carne asada burrito combo, their shrimp diablo plate, and their carne asada fries. Their Jamaica and horchata is also yummy ! This is a drive through casual dining spot fyi.

Honemade fast food at its best. The tacos are made to order, and just like grandma used to make.

Large portions, so you will be very satisfied. At reasonable prices, this is central Las Cruces's go to fast food drive thru Mexican cuisine.

Really looking forward to diving deeper into their complete menu. If it was half as good as our first visit, we will return over and over agian.
