First time shopper and Pam was very informative and helpful. Took my selection of meals home and heated up first selection, LC Sirlion Low Carb and it was delicious. But the best thing was my picky eater family member finished it all. So happy! Can’t wait to try the other selections.

Everything that I have ordered tastes amazing. The portions are perfect and the price is great. I appreciate the delivery service when I place the online order on Sunday. I would suggest ordering all at once instead of getting 1 at a time...Order more and you'll save more per meal.

I met one of the owners at a health fair for children where they had a booth. I was very intrigued that we had this kind of healthy food option in town. My wife and I went to visit yesterday and we purchased several meals including the Blueberry Hawaiian Parfait. It was absolutely next level in terms of quality and taste.
