Rosa's is a family favorite! The kids love to watch the tortilla machine, and the food is ready SUPER fast. I appreciate that so much. I personally love the food. I usually have the cheese enchiladas with red sauce, and they are fabulous. Sometimes I get a dozen tortillas to take home. The kids love the sweet tea there.
I'm rating 4 stars because my husband hates the food for some reason. The staff generally seems apathetic to our presence, but I'm okay with that because of the way the restaurant is set up. It's always really crowded, which is a negative for me but good for the restaurant.

Always delicious. Fast, good quality food. You order from a line, get your drinks and condiments which are fantastic, and your number is called almost immediately. Tortillas come off the press moments before you are eating them. There isn't one of these cafes in my home town, so I try to time my trips for meals when I go to or through a town that has one

Very fast service greeted with a smile very friendly. Thank you ladies you did a wonderful job and will be coming back every time we come to hobbs. Greatly appreciate the friendly services. 100% food was hot and out fast.

Best Mexican food in my life. Really good dinner of an enchilada, beef taco, guacamole, tamale, and tostada. Really fresh food and fresh salsa bar... and plates come with two fresh tortillas. Went back again the next night. It’s not high end restaurant level but it’s dang close for a “fast food” place. Highly recommend! Went in on Taco Tuesday and simply fresh veggies on delicious tacos. This is a fantastic meal at an unreal price. Place is clean and employee are always extremely polite. Apparently management is doing a terrific job. You skip this place and its your loss!
