Tokyo Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

I come here with all of my family. Everyone loves it!! I love sitting by the grill. Seeing the chefs make your food is so amazing! And especially if they're in a good mood and like to play around and have fun. The food is phenomenal!! Especially the rice!! Everyone comes here for the rice. ;)

We usually enjoy this place pretty good. I do have a couple complaints but nothing to major. Their water taste terrible. Definitely not filtered. The other complaint is sometimes the cook at the grill doest make the experience fun. Sometimes they are great, but our last visit my 6 year old kept asking why he didn't do tricks, or squirt us with water, or throw rice for us to catch in our mouth. Food was still pretty good though. Overall I recommend I just wish they would step up their game a bit.

We stopped in, after being in the area for a swim meat. Our waitress was pleasant and quick with our drinks and order. The place was clean. The busiest part of the restaurant was the hibachi grills, but we chose a regular table. We ordered a couple rolls and some tempura. Their miso soup is nothing to write home about, it was quite watered down. The vegetable tempura, some were still doughy or had uncooked batter consistency on a few. The rolls, were goodm but most at the table thought it was over sauced. For being land locked, this place will suffice for your sushi fix. If in the area I probably wouldn't come back again.

Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. The chef was fun and interacted with the table. My 8 year old nephew thought he was the coolest. The waitress was very quick. At the end of the "cooking show" we felt very rushed to leave. She brought the to go boxes and tickets as we were actively taking bites. Everyone was relaxed, talking and enjoying ourselves and they wanted us to go away quickly.

You can't go wrong with classic sushi, especially when looking for plant-based options! Japenese food is def one of my go-to food options!

I've never been to a sushi place that does not offer these rolls.

We had:
-Avocado roll
-Cucumber roll
-Vegetable roll
-Steamed rice
Would for sure get again!

Other vegan options:
-Vegetarian Delight (ask no egg)
-Veggie fried rice (ask no egg)

Grateful to find these tasty dishes!
