Domino's Pizza

Ordered a carry-out for one pizza. There was an older gentleman boxing orders up and greeted me. He assisted me with my order.

He was very kind and very attentive to my needs, despite there seeming to be a rush of orders coming through the store. He made sure I had everything I needed for a good lunch. I did not catch his name but an overall calming person in the midst of a busy environment.

There was another employee at the time: an older lady with glasses making the food. After some time with the older gentleman, the lady started making some snide comments, mostly complaining about order fulfillment times. There was an underlying comment hinting that the older gentleman was the cause of “bad fulfillment times.”

The older gentleman did seem to have some sort of physical limitations in terms of fast movement, but his smile and demeanor made up for it 110%.
I do not appreciate the bad-mouthing of fellow coworkers, especially in the presence of other people, and especially on a man doing his best.
