Awesome food great quesadillas... It's just a wait for the food but we'll worth it. Should open a restaurant... Would be nice to sit down and have lunch or breakfast... Nice place stop by and grab a burrito

Very reasonably priced. Large parking area. If you're on a trip, hungry, and need a minute to rearrange the vehicle/ people in the vehicle this is the perfect place to stop. Had a shredded beef burrito and the picture does not do it justice. Check out the menu online to save time.

Had carne asada, barbacoa, and al pastor tacos plus a cheese quesadilla. They were all made fresh. It's a food truck but they had a table with an umbrella.

If you are driving I 40 through Tucumcari, detour to this taco truck. They're awesome! The tortillas are really good, the al pastor was very tasty and tender, and the carne asada was really good. I always prefer pork, but the beef was surprisingly flavorful. That red/orange cremosa has a kick.

We were staying nearby and craving Mexican food. So we decided to give this place a shot and was really pleased with the food. We ordered carne asada steaks and a burrito. The food was so tasty and they were quick with it. Loved the friendly service too 😊
