Great food, new clean place and an excellent staff with great service. Tasha was our main waitress and she was very attentive and friendly, as well as the other waitresses who made sure to check in on us as well.

We were driving from NC to CA and found ourselves refueling in Tucumcari and my sister and I were tired of eating fast food so we decided to stop for a real meal and I'm glad I did. The sheriff steak was delicious as well the fajitas. This would definitely be my go to spot if I lived out here.

Great service, good food quality, but fell short in a few areas.
Our server was GREAT! She was genuinely friendly and worked hard to provide the best service.
The onion rings tasted good but we felt it was a poor value for the price as photo shows what we got for around $6.50. The salads were fresh, we got tasty complimentary biscuits, and an excellent burger. The 12 oz ribeye steak was average, cooked to order but it was a little tough and under seasoned. Our daughter was disappointed that the fry bread tacos were not available.
The food took quite a long time to arrive and we would have enjoyed a beer while we waited but they didn’t serve alcohol. Sign said they were awaiting a liquor license but seemed that odd for a steak house. Overall it wasn’t bad, but didn’t quite meet our expectations.

We stopped for lunch while passing through. The food was wonderful! Large, juicy steak and the salad wagon was awesome. Will be our go to when traveling through.
