Peaceful retreat with mountain views.
NOSA provided the perfect setting for our birthday celebration get-together. We had a fireplace in every room, a locally sourced charcuterie board delivered to the room, and a patio with stellar views. You won't miss a TV with these views and the gorgeous ambiance of the setting. Don't miss out on Chef Graham's personally prepared breakfasts. The dining room atmosphere took me straight back to Europe, right down to the Danish-designed "Y-chairs". The setting, restaurant, and hospitality all earn a 5 star rating.
Dinner and Brunch are served only on the weekends at this time. The restaurant serves as an awesome art display of Hebé García's work.
NOSA’s hospitality, dining and service has far exceeded anything I’ve had in New Mexico. Chef Graham balances making you feel welcome as if you’re family, while at the same time bringing true haute cuisine and excellent lodging to the striking desert cliffs of New Mexico. NOSA is exceptional, unique and restorative… thank you Chef Graham and NOSA for an excellent stay and meal. My stay was just the kind of rest I needed.
Superb top quality new restaurant in a lovely, isolated location near Ojo Caliente, NM. The whole venue and Chef Graham & server are top notch! Not having their liquor license yet was the only negative, only because I would want to pair fine wines with the courses. Local ingredients add to the beautiful, artistic, courses. Wild mushrooms in the dishes were divine! Highly recommend this place as a destination venue. We came from Taos.
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! Now named NOSA, we enjoyed a superb lunch there (second of 2 seatings on weekends) and are excited to return again in the Fall, when dinner service starts, and perhaps include an overnight stay. The prix fixe lunch was as good a meal as "big city dining" at it's best (NYC + SF/East Bay); we pray Chef/Owner Graham Dodds stays put here in NM!
Amazing. Michelin-starred restaurant quality food for a very modest price. Graham tries to source as much as possible from local pueblos, and the freshness comes through in the food.
Currently no wine/beer license, but for sure worth the trip from Albuquerque or Santa Fe for lunch.
