The waiters and staff is kind. However, they have a huge turnover. I’ve tried this place over 10 times, and every time they fail at preparation. One time, they were out of dough, so half the menu was unavailable. They were out of Buffalo sauce, so I couldn’t order their Buffalo pizza.
Another time they were out of soda. And the one that really upset me was they were out of forks or paper towels/napkin.
They also stopped giving military discount. So I’ll honor what they are good at, the food & service.
I hope they take this review seriously to professionally develop in the near future. Preparation is key.
The service was less than great. I waited about 15 minutes for a water and my husband waited 25 minutes for a flight of beer. There was only one waiter working for 6 patrons at the bar and five tables. Once our food was ordered it was relatively quick, but we had to go up multiple times asking for silverware and we were never asked about our food or refills for drinks. The food was decent, definitely not as good as it used to be a few years ago. They are very light with the toppings and overcompensate with cheese, but charge you an arm and a leg for toppings, at least make it even. The salad was good, but it's very overpriced for the size that you get.
We expected more since we had been here multiple times a few years ago, but I doubt we'll go back now even though we live here.
Amazing staff and excellent service! We loved the beer and the pizza was wood fired and delicious.
This is our favorite hang-out in the area and visit often.
Last year we were discouraged a little because there were long waiting times even just to take our drinks orders and service was somewhat disappointing. Now, this issue has been resolved and with this turn-around it is actually a pleasure to visit. We don't come here for the brews as none of us are drinkers but the food is enjoyable even if the menu has stayed the same for the past 2 years.
I definitely recommend the gluten free speciality pie. It is the best gluten free crust we have tried so far.
Having the micro brewery here adds to the ambience and knowledgeable personnel who can relate some of the history of the location is pleasant to listen to.
I certainly very much recommend a visit if in the area. I would even go as far as to state that this is the best hang-out in the region.
