I had the pan fried noodles with catsu chicken. Amazing flavor in the noodles and the chicken was crispy and juicy at the same time. Can't forget the duck fat and truffle fries. 10/10 Would recommend. Well done Chef's.

Wonderful food, you can always discover new specials on the menu or stick with your favorites! My go to dish is the Chicken Lollipops but I've never been disappointed with any of Jay's food!

Food was tasty, service was awesome. The bao buns are different for sure, the noodles were yummy but just a tad salty. Will probably return to try something else on the menu.

As a lover of food trucks I’ve dined at many.
As a road tripper Ive visited them all over the country. This one is hands down the freshest and most flavorful I’ve experienced. The quality of food is five star and the hospitality of the owner is world class. You won’t regret choosing from the menu. Will definitely Grab meals from here again!

Crazy tasty food and some very unique dishes. The wait is a bit long, but the food is cooked when you order so that's to be expected. They will deliver it to you inside Lauterhouse or you can take it home.
