    Hillcrest Restaurant And Trading Post Saloon In Las Vegas, New Mexico.
    Established In 1949 Feels Like Going Back In Time, Food Was Excellent, Welcoming And Friendly Staff, Restaurant Looks Clean. Nice Atmosphere. Their Slogan,
    “ Meet Your Friends Here!”
    We Will Definitely Stop By Next Time Passing Through Las Vegas, New Mexico.

    We stopped for an early supper after a long road-trip back to New Mexico. We were looking for comfort food, good service and friendly staff. We found everything we were looking for a Hillcrest Restaurant! We liked the food, we thought the prices were reasonable and staff were friendly and willingly made menu recommendations, when asked. The suggestions were spot-on and resulted in a great meal for us! We enjoyed ourselves and plan to stop by again! Give 'em a try....you might be glad you did!

    Worth taking a detour for this iconic place. It's like walking back in time, the only thing missing is the waitresses don't lick their pencil before they write down your older. Great food, fair prices. Get the green chile sauce - spicy and flavorful without being a burner.

    We came here for dinner during our Route 66 road trip (detouring into Las Vegas). What a cool place--a real throwback to my childhood. The food was fine and the service friendly. Great retro place to experience dinner like your parent or grandparents once did.

    Love this local favorite! Its been here for decades because of the awesome quality! I have come here since I was a little girl! The service is not only wonderful but they treat you like family!! Family owned and operated. Support Local!! Eat delicious food!! Win win!
