The green chili pork taco was one of the best I've ever had! Their chips were homemade & queso was delicious!!

Didn't get pics of food cuz it didn't last long enough! The staff was really nice & helpful! The whole experience was a vibe and I highly recommend!

Every taco I had at this place was amazing. The pork belly, the Barbados, Al pastor. All of them. If there’s something not worth having on their menu, I haven’t found it yet.

So all that said, the green chili fries alone are worth traveling here to get. They are AMAZING

ON top of that it’s a really cool restaurant/bar. Good selection of alcohols for late night.

Definitely worth going out of your way, but if you find yourself in Las Vegas, NM you gotta stop here and try the tacos. Cool concept. Fun atmosphere.

The staff here work super great. They are fast and friendly. The food is fine but the drinks are delicious. The environment is something else with the lighting and the unique sculptures here n there.

Las Vegas was less than splendid but I enjoyed a meal at The Skillet. Ordered some of their delicious fried green chilis, a burger with added green chilis and a beer. Hostess was very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely return to Las Vegas simply to enjoy this restaurant again and to perhaps soak in their free public hot springs.
