We enjoyed the braised short rib & the prawns & shrimp entrees. One thing I miss from years of celebrating special occasions at The Corn Maiden are the delicious homemade blue corn muffins and toasted focaccia bread. Both meals were served hot and ample portions, although enough room for incredible small portion desserts. After we left, my server went out of his way to find me and return my credit card I left behind. That was outstanding customer service.
Upscale food preparation. Airline chicken is a wing and a breast in a sauce of corn bisque, peas and pea sprouts. The award winning corn bisque was a sweet full bodied bisque. It was excellent. My wife had the bisque and the cheese tray which was more than enough food for her.
It almost felt like we were lost getting to Tamaya Resort where the Corn Maiden is located.

Great breakfast served during our meeting
Easter buffet 2019-
Meat carving station featuring sliced tenderloin with Au jus, horseradish and all the fixings.
Honey glazed ham and green chili infused turkey breast. A variety of seafood, moist smoked salmon, shrimp and large crab claws. Fresh gnocchi pasta and omelettes cooked to order. Plentiful salads and cheese selections.
Our waiter, Amon, is the most amazing waiter we have ever had the pleasure of dining with.
Consistently great quality meals and service over the last few years. Highly recommended.
