Sanchez Tacos

Awesome good! We got the barbacoa quesadilla and tacos al pastor and they were so GOOD. They put a good amount of meat in the food and it’s not too greasy like other taco places. Can’t wait to go back!

Well, mixed review here. Food was decent. Maybe 2nd or 3rd best taco truck I've been to. But... We ordered 6 Tacos (the small taco truck tacos) and 2 quesadillas. It took nearly 30 minutes and costed $38!
We could have sat down and been waited on for that price. Hard pass next time.

Great spot! Good trucks can be rare. 8 bucks for my asada quesadilla (pictured; pic is just one, came with two). It was delicious!! Would absolutely recommend! Not sure if they move locations, but Maps said this was on the opposite side of the street than it was. Might cause some frustration when driving on 550. If you're going towards I-25 from 528, it was on the right, next to the gas station, across from Filiberto's.
