Waffology

Great experience at Waffology! They had some great tasting blue corn waffles WHICH was dedicated gluten free. I have celiac so it's hard to eat anywhere but this place did well for me. Also they have gator which my partner got and she mentioned it was the best she's had since she lived in GA. We got to meet the owner who was also wonderful but they mentioned they had two other restaurants that we intend on trying. Thanks again for great service and food.

We just discovered this place today and we’re delighted. Kenisha and her husband came to our table multiple times and were so friendly. He had us try some deep fried grits which were absolutely amazing! I got the Dave which was carne adovada on a blue corn waffle. The sweet and savory was a great contrast. My wife got the Corrales Sunrise with turkey sausage, eggs, waffle, and green chili (the chili was really good!) my son got the Nutella and banana waffle. Oh yeah and they gave us some benêts for free for the table too! Wonderful place. Please come support these kind folks and eat their yummy food! We plan on returning to try the other menus and other restaurants here—they have three restaurants to order from.

I enjoyed the blue corn waffles. The grits, bacon, and eggs are good. Yummy orange juice too

Great food nice people. I had the blue corn Berry Crunch waffle with eggs, cheezy grits and bacon. It was excellent! The waffle was so good it didn't even need syrup. I will be going back tomorrow and this time I'm taking my husband. Great breakfast/brunch spot. Definitely worth checking out.
