This place is SO good! I came here with my mom for breakfast after another restaurant was too packed and I'm so glad we ended up here. This is the kind of food you know you're coming back for after your first bite.

I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and green chile. Hands down, this is my new favorite breakfast burrito in Santa Fe. The burrito is huge! And they don't skimp on the filling. Some places serve breakfast burritos with 90% potato and barely any meat but Cuco's has the right ratio of ingredients. The bacon was cooked really well and the chile was flavorful without being too hot which I appreciate. Even the tortillas were better here. If you're looking for spicy, they do have some (3!) hot salsas. I'm too weak but mom tried the salsa and loved it.

Everything here is made to order, which takes a couple extra minutes than you might expect if you use the drive thru but it's completely worth it. The food is handed to you fresh and piping hot.

They had just made fresh squeezed orange juice when we got there and it was soo good. No added sugars, just fresh juice from the fruit. The selection of agua fresca and horchata looks good too.

We also tried their stuffed churros. OMG. We got one caramel and one vanilla. They were just as fresh and piping hot as the rest of the food. I'm kicking myself as I write this for not getting one of their coffees with it.

They're one of the few places in Santa Fe open relatively late too! There's way more than breakfast.

    Don't pass this place up!

Been here a few times, the cashier here is phenomenal with her customer service Vidy I believe is her name , the recommendation one day was an order of quesabirria tacos paired with a grapefruit jarritos and she knew what’s up! 🔥🔥🔥 Tonight decided to try the Al Pastor taco plate, tres leches cake slice, with a piña agua fresca, I will say the food was great and hasn’t disappointed so far. So from a customer perspective I say keep up the good work! God bless your team and I will definitely be back. 10/10 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

This is hands down the best taco shop in Santa Fe. I’m from San Diego and haven’t found a place that reminds me of home until now. Everything I’ve had is excellent. I’d prefer to eat here for dinner than any other Mexican restaurant in NM. It’s not a fancy place, but their food is worth the stop. They have the best burritos, nachos and flautas. You can’t find flautas like this anywhere in Santa Fe. They top theirs with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream! Their California burrito is SO good. The meat is grilled (unlike other places) and has the best flavor. Don’t forget to get their horchata. I can’t speak higher praise and am so glad they are in Santa Fe!

Okay so I will admit I was having regrets after ordering and it was $30 for a drive-thru, but..... once we got home I was stunned at the amount of food, definitely generous portions so I wasn't mad about the price after all. The flavor is so amazing, we had the super nachos and the Al Pastor plate and let me tell you it is really good Mexican food. Go and support this little business so they can stay around for a long time!

We had the carne asada torta, the watermelon and pineapple agua frescas, and the tres leches cake. Everything was so good! We even went back the next day. I ordered the crunchy beef tacos and my husband got the carne asada tacos. Also they have the best horchata EVER! And the woman helping us was so nice both times!
