El Queretano (Food Truck)

We had the beef tongue, beef intestine and the Al pastor tacos one the first day. The tacos were all soooo good that we planned a special trip the next day for their quesadillas! We tried the Gringer, it was awesome! We finished everything with our thumbs up. I love the salsa rojo! Highly recommend this food truck!

We shared the taco plate, 2 gorditas, and 5 Sopes (camarón, picadillo, y tripa).
Everything was great, but the Sopes de camarón were amazing! Nice ratio of crunchy base to toppings (beans, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, cheese, and sauce for a little kick). I can’t think of anything that could make it any better!

Trust me, this food truck has the most diverse and delicious tacos!! Must try tripitas, buche, langua and barbacoa!! All amazingly good!!!

A good variety of tacos and you can mix and match! Buche, tripitas, asada, al pastor, camarón, etc. They have tortas, sincronizadas, burritos and other stuff as well. For $8 you get four tacos with two Tortillas each, lime, salsa, pico de gallo, Rice and a small side salad. Excellent and quick service. Will go back.

Wow the food from this truck is really good, fresh and made to order just delicious!!! We were traveling from Colorado to Texas and we were craving some real Mexican food so passing by Santa Fe NM we decided to turn to Google maps to look reviews at food trucks and we were not disappointed this taco truck had some really good reviews and for a reason!! The people were very friendly and attentive to make our order as we wanted it and the food was really good and very big portions the torta cubana was huge and the burritos as well so definitely a must stop if you in Santa Fe NM!!!!
